To ensure a reliable and satisfying shopping experience, BERRY allows you to try your fragrance before making your final decision, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Fragrance Trial

Each perfume comes with a 5 ml sample of the same fragrance, allowing you to experience the scent and make sure it suits your preferences before opening the full-sized product.

2. Return Period

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the fragrance does not suit your preferences, provided that the original perfume bottle remains unopened and unused.

3. Return Conditions

  • The full-sized product must remain sealed and in its original condition.
  • All accessories and packaging included with the order must be returned in their original condition.
  • The 5 ml sample is provided for fragrance testing and does not need to be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable regulations.
